toilets

The nearest toilet on site is at the One Garden, unfortunately this will be closed when we are in our session, but the site does have compost toilets available for us to use. The compost toilet is located near Pond Garden. *There are steps up to the compost toilet, so it is not accessible for all.

Use of the compost toilet. Requests from woodland garden management:

– Woodland garden management have requested that all toilet users sit down to use the toilet, please no standing use.

– Please don’t put any sawdust in the compost toilet, to avoid it becoming blocked, management have requested that only the hirer does this at the end of the evening.

– Please leave it as clean and tidy as you found it, thank you!

water

Bring your own water as the tap onsite is not reliably safe to drink. (You can use the water tap at your own risk).

seats

There are about 20 logs for sitting on, but these are just logs so you may wish to bring your own camping chair if you are wanting to sit more comfortably.

sun/rain cover

There is a parachute on site which will offer shade from the sun and shelter from rain showers, making the sing space more accessible in most weathers!

Plus, the trees should be in leaf and providing lovely shelter also.

campfire

We may have enjoy a small camp fire in the fire pit at one of our al fresco singing sessions – TBC.
