  • A varied yoga teaching career alongside other work, from 2010 to 2023, with various specialisms including accessible Yoga for ME/CFS, Partner Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and teaching in a range of contexts. Hannah-Rose no longer teaches yoga for a variety of reasons but is thankful for the learning and experience.
