Choir Cancellation Policy for Single-Session bookings


Thank you for booking a session. Please find the single-session cancellation policy below. Happy singing!


  • Tickets are generally non-refundable. 
  • However if you have booked but cannot come, you can, if you wish, request an Offline Booking for a date within the next 3 months after the initial event.
  • To do so, please email hannahrose@getbrightonsinging.com with Offline Booking Request, and the future date & event name you’d like to book, in the subject of the email.

Please put in the body email:

  • *Ticket code,
  • *Your name,
  • *Date you booked but couldn’t make,
  • *Date you’d like to request in the 3 months after the date you couldn’t make.

And we’ll arrange that for you. Thank you!


In the unlikely instance that the event you have booked has to be cancelled or postponed, you will be sent information about what to expect, in terms of re-arranged dates or refunds etc, from ticketlab and/or the event organiser.
