1-1 Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a session! This cancellation policy works as a baseline for protecting my time and resources (& the studios I work with), whilst also factoring in students needs, and hopefully strikes a balance between the two.

I will apply this policy consistently, but I do understand that life is unpredictable. Cancellation/reschedule fees may be waived or adapted in some exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

• Cancelling or rescheduling your session with 7 days notice or less, incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed session price.
  
  
• At this time I’m not charging the industry standard of the full fee for cancellations with 24 hours notice or less, but I may review this in the future if necessary. However see below re no-shows.
  
  
• The cancellation fees above are separate to paying for your session(s). If you’ve already paid for a session you had to rearrange, then provided you let me know about the cancellation and paid any cancellation fees, this payment will carry over to your next session.
  
  
• No-shows – if you don’t attend your session and don’t let me know beforehand, this will be treated as if you have received the session, and the full agreed session price will be owed, or kept if already paid.
  
  
• In exceptional circumstances this policy may be discussed, adapted or waived at my discretion.
  
  
• The above policy includes cancellations made to stay in alignment with the infection safety policy: please keep to this. If you need to change a booking due to the infection safety policy, we can work online instead, or wait until you are feeling better (which could still interact with the policies above. However we also need to take care of your voice if you’re sick, we can discuss what’s best to do if you’re unsure and make sure it’s a wise move).
  
  
• If I need to cancel or rearrange a session, your session will be rearranged at no further cost to you.
